This role is located in Bellevue, WA, or Overland Park, KS. Responsible for leading Recruiting efforts, including developing, executing and coordinating the staffing strategy, implementing staffing solutions, and refining processes and metrics to support the organization in achieving business objectives. This role will work directly with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to establish staffing and business targets with progressive programs to support each area. The Manager, Recruiting will have full-cycle management responsibilities for a team of recruiting professionals for our Emerging Business, Digital and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and inspire high performance from a team of recruiting professionals comprised of Senior Recruiters, Recruiters and contract recruiters as required. Ensure process and workloads are scalable and consistent across the team while ensuring that all needs/volumes are met. Continually define and improve recruiting capacity model to support business needs successfully. Identify process improvement and manage through development of those process improvements through to execution. Translate the company vision into action through influence. Exhibit and lead with strong change management skills. Advise, coach, and guide recruiters on development and implementation of sourcing strategies to attract quality diverse candidates that reflect the unique position requirements. Set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics while managing a client-aligned recruiting team. Development of short and long term recruiting vision to support functional business lines with a clear understanding of the business to drive the team toward execution of a successful recruiting strategy in order to meet business goals.
  • Continuously assess Talent Acquisition process and strategies to ensure optimum return on investment from a cost basis while providing a superior quality of hire
  • Build a right touch candidate strategy that is simple and efficient that supports internal mobility and overall candidate experience
  • Focus on strategic recruitment planning, advice and consult functional business line leadership. Identify and implement key strategies that will facilitate organizational excellence and help the company achieve business goals.
  • Identify, track, and achieve recruitment measures and metrics to show success on overall business actions and goals
  • Establish, cultivate and maintain partnerships with Business Leaders by implementing a talent solution that meets their overall people goals. Establish, cultivate and maintain a strong partnership with the HR Business Partners in order to forecast talent needs both externally and internally (succession planning, reorganization, talent reviews). Effective communication of approaches that include proactively keeping business lines and HR Partners informed of strategy, execution and results. Influence workforce planning by clearly expressing and educating market trends, recruiting trends by written and verbal communication. Influence executives across the businesses supported to adopt recruiting best practices; may train executives, hiring managers, and interviewers. Partner with all levels of the organization to drive T-Mobile's recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and manage recruiting budget of $1-2 million dollars to include media planning and workforce needs.
  • Partner with finance and influence media budget designation and allotment throughout the year to ensure funding for candidate attraction and employment brand.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

    Qualifications

  • Workforce Planning: Workforce Planning Experience Preferred Subsequently Developing A Plan And Resourcing.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10+ Years Of Corporate Recruitment Experience
  • 1-3+ Years Managing A Recruitment Function In A Complex Corporate Setting
  • Recruiting: 7-10+ Years Working In A Corporate Recruiting Environment. At Least 3 Years In A Competitive Technology Recruiting Space.
  • Leadership: Minimum 1-3 Years Proven Ability To Build, Coach, Develop And Manage A Full-Cycle Recruiting Team In A Fast Paced, Constantly Changing, And Ambiguous Corporate Environment. Impeccable Ability To Balance Strategic And Tactical Responsibilities With People Development/Mentorship Is Required. Successful Track Record Of Delivering On Aggressive Hiring Goals, From Entry Level Hires To The Most Sr Management Roles. Strong Analytics And Planning Skills; Ability To Identify Root Issues That Impact The Team's Ability To Recruit Better, Faster, And Cheaper.
  • Business Process: Experience Creating, Measuring And Scaling Workflow Between Candidates, Hiring Managers And The Talent Acquisition Organization.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work.
