Job description
The Ops Tech TA Recruiting Coordinator Manager works closely with multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced tech recruiting organization. The RC Manager is an integral partner in oversight of day-to-day recruiting coordination. The RC Manager will work closely with Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to ensure success and progression within the hiring process. This candidate will be organized, work effectively with internal and external clients, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities:
* Training, coaching and leading a team of dynamic, fast-paced Recruiting Coordinators in Ops Tech TA
* Load balancing, coordinating, and monitoring workload across teams
* Streamlining communications for internal and external audiences
* Coordinate cross-organizational projects to drive process improvements
* Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders across Ops Tech
* Building and managing relationships with supported businesses
* Creating and maintaining reports
* Collecting and interpreting data to drive improved service to customers
* Resolving front-line concerns from recruiting and business partners
* Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
* 3+ years of Recruiting experience
* 2+ years experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team and/or direct people leadership experience
* Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
* Experience managing large dispersed recruiting teams
* Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results oriented environment
* Skilled at partnering with stakeholders to build sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* A proven track record of growing, developing, and performance managing employees
* Experience supporting technical recruiting or managing technical recruiting teams
