You have long-term care staffing, administrative, operations experience. You are phenomenal at building high trust customer relationships and love meeting their needs. If this describes you, we want to talk!

Job responsibilities:

  • Onboard new CNA employer accounts post-sale
  • Build high-trust and high-value-based relationships with CNA employer related to placement
  • Match NextStep learners with CNA employer vacancies based on requirements of both
  • Coordinate all operations needed create a match and have that match convert to successful hire
  • Manage data related to placement operations
  • Communicate with CNA employers and NextStep mentors effectively
  • Support NextStep graduate preparedness for interview and other initial CNA employer interactions
  • Ensure standard processes and policies are developed to support consistent and scalable operations
  • Accountable for KPIs related to placement for region
  • Use strong judgement to problem-solve with employers and know when to escalate
  • Ensure compliance with learner and employer user agreements related to placement

What we'll love about you:

  • Experience working in management or administrative position in long-term care (e.g. nursing home, assisted living, home healthcare, CCRC)
  • Bachelors degree in business, sales, healthcare, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencer skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Comfortable presenting to customer at all levels including 1:many
  • Strong ability to develop standard processes, policies
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with little day-to-day supervision
