Job description

This team specifically is dedicated to Military Recruiting at to help hire veterans and military spouses onto this corporations apprenticeship programs. Weve developed a number of programs focused on engaging the military community, helping them gain valuable technical skills and develop successful careers here. Our recruiting teams engage military members, veterans and spouses through referrals, organizations and events to identify candidates whose skills align to open positions. On a day-to-day this individual will be externally sourcing and pipelining candidates across the country, to help support rapidly growing division. This individual must first come from a high volume, sourcing background and be able to hit and exceed metrics. We are looking for someone who has high character, great organizational skills, and someone who is data driven. This individual must be able to create Boolean strings from scratch, be able to pivot when expanding a search and use a variety of different job boards to creative source passive candidates. The ideal candidate has a background working with veterans or is a veteran or military spouse themselves. We are looking for a strong leader and communicator, who can deal with ambiguity, be curious, and collaborate with the team to invent and own new processes.

Minimum Requirements

-Military veteran or military spouse

-2-7+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment

-Ability to create Boolean strings from scratch and modify

-Experience with high volume sourcing (ex: 200+ outreaches a week, 10-15 interviews a week, 10+ hires a month)

-Proven ability to hit and exceed metric goals

-Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other external sourcing tools

-Experience with passive sourcing

-4 year Bachelors degree obtained or higher

-Strong business acumen to work directly with hiring managers to understand requirements

-Ability to manage a large pipeline of candidates and interviews
