We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us hire exceptional engineering talent.

As a Recruiter, you will:

* Be a talent advisor to the hiring managers and leadership of FLEXE.
* Develop and execute on strategies that build strong and diverse candidate pipelines.
* Actively reach out to candidates, across multiple channels.
* Exercise your creativity!

Requirements:

* 2+ years experience with recruiting all levels of technical talent, software development engineers, technical product managers, etc.
* Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
* Commitment to finding the best candidate for the role.
* Commitment to sourcing a representative pipeline of candidates.
