Summary

The Sr Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing the Marketing organization with data-driven insights that guide optimization and investment decisions to serve our customers better. This role is responsible for working in a consultative fashion with various marketing groups, identifying critical business questions and developing supporting framework and analytics. The Sr Marketing Analyst will demonstrate familiarity with B2B customer analytics, integrating and presenting data and articulating data driven recommendations that shape marketing strategies. A successful candidate will exhibit an innate curiosity, a positive attitude, and display the skills to elicit key requirements from stakeholders while actively listening to all parties.

Role & Responsibilities

· Develop, create, own and maintain Tableau dashboards to help the marketing team make impactful decisions and understand the overall health of their business

· Show up as a strategic partner on all your projects and influence project goals and success metrics

· Collaborate with a team of marketing analysts, data engineers, and data scientists in support of marketing strategy and decision-making across a wide range of marketing tactics

· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and data engineering, driving efforts to build new data pipelines where necessary

· Provide training, documentation and other assistance to support and expand the use of analytics and tools across the organization

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of analytics experience

· Marketing analytics experience

· Experience working with extremely large amounts of data and cloud data management

· Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau

· Strong at building Dashboards

· Ability to interface with Stakeholders (talk with leadership)

· Ability to glean insights from data and the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects and tasks

· Detail oriented with strong time management skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Marketing and B2B business model experience

Desired Qualifications

· Experience with Salesforce and/or Eloqua nice to have

· Google Analytics experience nice to have
