Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and administration. You will be the first-line point of contact to support the delivery of HR solutions and will work and will provide support to the senior HR Management within your specific business area.HR GENERALIST KEY DELIVERABLES INCLUDE:Acting as the point of contact for all first line HR queries.Resolving standard employee relations issues and address grievances.Act as a point of escalation for any complex HR related issues.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Delivery of day-to-day HR activities to employees globally, ensuring that the company upholds best practice and remains legislatively compliant.Facilitating onboarding and offboarding of employees as required.Working closely with the HRBP and HR Manager to provide advice, guidance and support on HR related matters.Responding to ER issues across multiple geographical locationsUpdating company policies, implementing new and existing procedures across the Group globally.Payroll and Benefit administration and co-ordination, including all payroll queries and onboarding of employees to payroll systemsMaintain open channels of communication and positive working relations with employees, other team functions and HR colleagues globally.Maintaining the HRIS and Personnel file administration as requiredSupporting the development and implementation of Performance systems and L&D initiatives in line with Company goalsSupporting the global recruitment administration including visa applications and administration where requiredAny other HR Projects assigned and ad hoc tasks reasonably requiredESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills.Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a true HR Generalist roleWorking knowledge and understanding of employment legislation.Excellent planning, organisation and time management skillsExcellent, proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in use of Microsoft Office packages.Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.Proactive, Flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic working environmentApplicant must possess the right to work within the United KingdomDESIRABLE CRITERIA:Experience of working across EMEA, APAC & AmericaCIPD QualifiedEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
