If you join the team, you'll experience a fun and thriving office culture, with perks and events throughout the year.You will:Maintaining a portfolio of existing or starting customersUpdating or amending the Openpayd platform / backoffice when requiredManaging the delivery of issues solved by the operations teamBuilding relationships with our existing clients in order to meet revenue forecasts, increase the revenue and their satisfactionEstablishing and maintaining long term customer relationships providing best practice advice to improve their operations and initiatives and monitoring outcomes for OpenpaydInitiating and participating in account planning sessions with both internal teams and client's key stakeholdersCapturing new customer requirements in order to improve revenue and satisfactionMonitoring client communication channels and proactively assisting customersLiaising with other departments where appropriate to deliver end-to-end client successThe ideal candidate will have the following:Have at least 3-5 years' experience in FX/Banking/Cross-border Payments and or Financial TechnologiesExperience working directly with customers from a variety of backgroundsA basic understanding APIsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in modern office place communications and project management tools (Slack/Trello/HubSpot etc…)Proficiency in CRMs - Salesforce preferablyA general understanding of Foreign ExchangeA general understanding of Bank TransferA general understanding the Fintech industryA general understanding of PSD2A willingness to engage with customers and to go above and beyond to deliverPerks and benefitsAward-nominated company share planPersonal training budgetCycle to Work schemeDiscounted gym membershipCorporate discounts via PerkBoxTravel loanCompany Pension planHealth InsuranceFriday office breakfasts, office fruits and a full bar & regular team socials25 days annual leave plus the Bank Holidays, extra day off for Birthday & Social VolunteeringTo find out more about this opportunity, simply hit apply where you'll then receive more info.
