Hays Technology is looking for a Front Office Application Support Analyst to work within the Application Support team supporting the Charles River application across several business areas.

What you will be doing:
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system integrity through daily system checks, to ensure a high standard of service is provided to clients, resolving application issues, raised by clients on a day to day basis, in an effective and timely manner, developing and managing productive relationships with key business partners including monitoring of Service Level Agreements and conducting regular service review meetings, maintaining system support documentation for all supported applications, ensuring it is kept up to date within Application Profiles and included as part of Project handover and taking part in regular system upgrades. The successful candidate will be required to provide out of hours, weekend and bank holiday support when required as agreed with manager.

* Must have ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
* Good inter-personal skills combined with willingness to listen to users, ability to analyse requirements \/ problems and to propose innovative but workable solutions
* Possess a good understanding of the business drivers within an investment services company
* Have good organization and planning skills
* Be able to work under pressure and multi-task

Technical Skills required:

* 5+ years of CRD Support Experience.
* 5+ years of SQL database query skill.
