Your new company
As our Marketing Executive, you will work dynamically across the customer journey to build reach, drive engagement and increase retention. From creating and scheduling social content to building marketing emails and engaging our community across all our channels, this is an exciting position allowing you to flex your communications skills. If you have a passion for social media, online community building and influencer marketing, then this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skill set in an exciting commercial environment. The successful candidate will be a natural communicator with creative flair, self-motivated and a quick-learner who is able to hit the ground running.

Your new role
You will be working in a team of 6 and will be reporting directly into the Marketing and Communications Manager. You will be responsible for the following:

Email Marketing Communications

* Build and schedule weekly newsletters, onboarding and customer engagement emails
* Draft email communications with the supervision of the Senior Marketing and communications manager
* Brief communications design team on email assets
* Track, analyse and report on email performance

Social Media

* Schedule daily social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
* Monitor and reply to comments and messages on our social channels, working with our Support Team to ensure any customer issues are satisfactorily resolved
* Listen to keywords across social and engage with new communities to help grow social following
* Track UGC across social and log for future use on social channels
* Ideate and assist on content creation and copywriting across social channels

YouTube

Influencer Relations

* Scout new influencers to build our community of creators
* Support influencer outreach, briefing, and campaign tracking

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience of social media marketing
* Project management skills and attention to detail
* Strong understanding of consumer mindset and consumer empathy
* Interest in learning about influencer relations, email marketing and generally developing a deeper skill set around marketing communications
* Passion for music, technology and\/or startups
