Senior Marketing Manager - up to \u00A365,000 + benefits \/ bonus - SaaS Tech Business - Old Street

Your new company
I am currently recruiting for one of the fastest growing care software start ups in the UK. They have quadrupled their customer base since the pandemic began and are now looking to digitise the social care sector and help hundreds of thousands of carers to provide a better quality of care to the UKs vulnerable population. They are a team of 10 and are now looking to bring the marketing function in house and for the right person to lead the department. Due to their success over the last year, the business is further investing in growth.

Your new role
You will be working directly with the founders of the business (CEO,CTO) and will be taking responsible for:

* Taking ownership of defining and delivering the company's branding and marketing strategy
* Analysing and reporting on the performance of different channels and campaigns
* Managing the business growth rate and customer acquisitions costs
* Managing a team of 2 marketing executives with further expansion in 2022

What you'll need to succeed

* Highly experienced and high-performing digital marketer (5+ years)
* Ideally with startup experience and mindset to test and iterate quickly
* Experienced directly managing \u00A3100k+ of marketing budget with proven ROI
* Experienced managing a team, preferably having hired too. Be excited to grow a marketing team around you
* Strategic thinker with an analytical and commercial mind, eager to help guide the direction of the company
* Driven, ambitious and proactive
* Have very strong breadth of knowledge of digital marketing with ideally broader experience across branding, email, partnerships, and content marketing
* An eye for good design
* Excellent verbal and written communicator
* Interested (but not experienced) in the care sector and its modernisation
* A digital native yourself, excited by tech and even more excited to work in a start-up that's doing social good
