High Energy, Creative Marketing Manager

Position:

We are looking for a creative marketing campaign and operations leader who can build and manage our outreach, email marketing, demand generation, and ongoing client communications.

You will be responsible for building creative campaigns, managing marketing operations, and developing sales tools to help our global sales team reach out and promote services to our clients. You will also lead our product and research launch programs and carefully help us segment and leverage our large database of followers. As we launch our b2c subscription program, you will help us put together our direct to professional marketing to attract individual clients.

Experience:

We are looking for someone with B2B and B2C direct marketing experience who would like the develop amazing campaigns and join a growing team. You should have experience with Hubspot and other CRM and sales automation tools. You should be a marketing operations leader, ready to manage multiple campaigns, programs, and outreach programs. You should have copywriting skills and be creative. Experience with HR or L&D-related products would be a plus.
