The Talent Acquisition Operations Senior Reporting and Data Analyst will lead the efforts to create a more robust reporting and analytics function within the organization to include creating standard global reports to consistently track metrics and performance of key operational processes. The role will be responsible for performing in-depth analytics of major business process performance/completion statistics (e.g. interview scheduling, offer letter creation, onboarding, and background screening) to identify opportunities for improvement to positively impact the Time to Fill hire metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product-wide reporting initiatives such as Monthly Operating Reports, Scorecards, and other reporting needs across all regions to track and monitor performance statistics and communicate progress
- Collaborate with partners to develop new approaches to collecting and analyzing data including the adoption of tools and technology to deepen analytics and reporting insights and create additional reports needed to capture additional data from HR systems
- Create a workforce planning capacity model in collaboration with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to identify resource needs more proactively
- Utilize reporting and analytics to support leadership in providing guidance to senior management
- Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights and implications, and make strategic recommendations and develop data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis
- Mine and analyze data from various platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality
- Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems with the ability to identify data required, assess time & effort required and establish a project plan
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years minimum experience in business process office function
- Ability to multi-task and handle short-term deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Leadership with the ability to see the big picture without losing attention to detail
- Relationship management skills with the ability to handle conflict and negotiations
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or Shared Services, preferred
- Experience managing small scale programs / projects and facilitating change
- Very strong analytical skills essential
- Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with emerging technologies especially Power BI and/or Tableau
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
