Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide real and/or personal property tax services.
• Engage in building and fostering client relationships.
• Provide excellent client service.
• Assist with preparation for appeal hearings and/or audit representation.
• Demonstrated research skills.
• Knowledge of property jurisdictions throughout the state(s) for which they are responsible.
• Update ASCEND with tax values, status and notes for assigned clients.
• Respond to co-worker and client requests.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA preferred with concentration in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, and/or general business.
• Appraisal experience and/or knowledge a plus.
• Highly proficient data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience required.
• Ability to work in an environment that requires multi-tasking.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Problem solving and investigative skills.
• Ability to interface with clients on tax and related issues.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Focused on accuracy and detail oriented.
• Excellent use of time management skills.
• Strong work ethic.
