We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. This is a remote role where you will be in charge of complex workflow designs and configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain customer specific TMS operational workflows.
  • Apply analytics and business intelligence best practices to customer and partner transportation network solutions.
  • Support operational/technical solution design activities around new sales and existing customer growth.
  • Design and implement data-centric solutions.
  • Serve as the point of contact and business analyst during client engagements.
  • Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders to develop integration solutions.
  • Perform data transformations using XML/JSON.
  • Unstructured and structured data transformations with formats like CSV, TXT, EDI, and other basic data types.
  • Design and develop process orchestrations using technologies such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, AWS, and other platforms.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications and execute different types of testing, including unit testing, functional testing, integrated testing and UAT.
  • Communicate & coordinate integration task statuses/needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Ability to travel (25%).
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct involvement in the Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Industry.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing Project Management or Business Analyst role.
  • 2+ years technology experience with one or more of the following:
  • B2B Integration Solution Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing.
  • MercuryGate TMS Configuration and/or Administration.
  • System Administration, Maintenance, and/or Development for any Supply Chain-centric System.
  • Advanced analytics and database interaction.
  • Highly proficient in data integration methodologies; experience with data translation tools a strong plus.
  • SQL/MySQL or NoSQL experience a plus
  • Basic Knowledge of RAML or YAML is a plus.
  • Proven presentation or training experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
