You will already have outstanding experience managing traditional & digital media channels. You relish the challenge of beating CPA goals and hitting volume targets utilizing the latest digital marketing tools. You've got moxie, and enjoy the thrill of managing large campaigns with millions of dollars riding on every change. You possess a unique blend of data analysis, technical comprehension and creativity to continually solve problems and create solutions. You are a forward thinking, passionate and innovative leader.


Responsibilities and Duties

· Shape, lead, build, optimize search, display, video, social, and traditional (print, OOH, TV) strategy

· Create and manage campaigns utilizing campaign management platforms and bidding algorithms

· Drive the overall media planning process and alignment with channel owners and agencies. Responsible for media forecast, execution, timelines, strategy and tactics.

· Build GR brand awareness & consideration through traditional & digital media channels

· Strengthen scalable platform for retail loan originators to build their individual business through enterprise tools and digital & social channels

· Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to develop communications plans and programs from ideation all the way through to execution.

· Generate, distribute, and monitor social media content for corporate brands; analyze trends, report on results, and optimize programs social media programs. Paid and Organic.

· Leverage Media Modeling Mix to analyze investments with a focus on improving efficiency by measuring campaigns and scaling best practices

· Exceed volume goals while measuring & maximizing efficiency


Qualifications and Skills

· 10-12 years' experience

· Bachelor's degree required

· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented and excited by a challenging results-oriented environment.

· Experience planning, buying & measuring traditional media campaigns at scale; and search, display and social in an enterprise environment

· Metrics-focused: social data, email response rates, cost per acquisition, ROI measures, etc.

· Mortgage, finance or real estate experience - or similarly regulated industry a plus but not required. We want your beautiful mind and creative leadership initiative.

· Entrepreneurial attitude and a friend of change. Change is a natural state of our industry, change rocks!

· A strong appreciation and fluency with technology and how it is changing the world for the better.

· Self-starter - if you see something that can be better, make it better.

· Team player - you have to be willing to get your hands dirty.

· You'll report directly to the CMO and also work with the CEO.
