Regional Patient Service Consultant, Patient Services
Heartland Dental's Patient Service Center is looking for a Regional Patient Service Consultant to join our team. The Regional Patient Services Consultant is responsible for being a liaison between dental practice staff and the Patient Service Center and ensures successful support of scheduling and other services provided by Patient Service Representatives.

To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on a team with Regional Patient Service Specialists and Regional Patient Service Consultants, reporting to the Regional Patient Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
Analyze data and metrics to allow for collaboration with dental practice and field staff to maximize the effectiveness of Patient Services Representative support.
Assist team members at supported offices and field operations with technology and process inquiries affecting scheduling and support.
Support the DeNovo implementation and onboarding of newly affiliated practices with set up for patient scheduling by the PSR team.
Collaborate and consult with both support office and field operations on new technology programs and Operation initiatives that may impact the Patient Services team
Support the specialist team by handling incoming calls and tickets from supported doctors and dental practice staff.
Partner with team members at supported practices to ensure requests for PSR support are achieved.
Analyze trends in calls and tickets and collaborate to improve support.
Support dental practices with portal maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in the Patient Services Representative Role; or 6 months in the Regional Patient Service Specialist role; or 1-year equivalent experience in an account management or account support role.
Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, and mentoring skills are required.
Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.
Pleasant, friendly, professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent listening and speech.
Requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and to have a genuine interest in people and desire to help.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with ability to multi-task.
Makes appropriate decisions; exhibits sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Experience in interpreting and presenting data

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person once conditions allow) periodically throughout the year (some travel will eventually be involved)
