Job description

AOTMP®, the Association of Telecom, Mobility & IT Management Professionals, is looking for a Director, Association Development to join its growth sales team and sell association memberships, event sponsorships and attendance, training & certification packages, digital advertising packages, recruiting services and team branding services.

AOTMP® has been in business over 18 years and reinvented itself into an industry association during the Pandemic. AOTMP has over 200 online courses that have been taken more than 45,000 times, has issued over 7,000 certifications globally and has put on more than 18 annual industry events with three events on the schedule for 2022. Members and customers include large, well-known global organizations and small and medium size businesses, along with industry vendors.

As a Director, Association Development you will do heavy calling, emailing, LinkedIn reach out and online meetings and will work from our salesforce.com database where we continually add new contacts and leads for you to work. Our marketing team will support you with heavy social media, email campaigns, and our electronic publication subscribers will be prospects for you.

This position can be based out of our Indianapolis office or can work remote anywhere in the US. Learn more about AOTMP® at



Requirements…

· Have proven success in a B 2 B outbound sales environment

· Have been successful in a high activity sales environment

· Have experience in sponsorship, membership or corporate training sales

· Are self-driven and highly motivated with a very positive can-do attitude

· Work with a sense of urgency, and a very responsive mindset all day, every day

· Are all about accountability and results and are very motivated by closing business

· Are all about keeping an accurate database with customer notes and a clean pipeline

· You have a proven track record in delivering on a $1.0 million quota
