RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst in Boston, MA. Summary: The Senior Enterprise Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and documenting infrastructure system and functional requirements for new or changing applications within infrastructure and executing necessary technical support activities. This is an Infrastructure specific position. Familiarity with server, database, middleware technologies are required. The Senior Enterprise Business Analyst facilitates and ensures monthly inputs to our Asset Management system are completed on time and accurately. This is for all components across the teams (server, database, network, security, voice, desktop, backups). This information is critical in quality assurance of security and system components. Duties:

• Maintains and uses Service Now technologies as applicable for infrastructure documentation, technical analysis and validation and metrics tracking
• Develops and improves technical processes, leads in metrics development within Infrastructure organization
• Tracks and publishes Infrastructure team project activities and metrics
• Develops reports, analyzes metrics for trends and makes recommendations for improvement
• Provides support for production issues such as providing inventory and maintenance information, performing configuration updates, and testing production fixes
• Actively contributes to internal departmental process improvement
• Demonstrates knowledge of the Agile, SDLC and Infrastructure tools and supports this common approach and processes across the IT delivery teams
• Works closely with project managers to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget and meet business needs
• Collaborates with technical teams to ensure current state system components and future state components are fully documented
• Intermediary between the technical resources

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Background and Experience BA or BS degree in Systems, IT, Business Management, or related degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of Midrange Infrastructure experience required
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of Asset Management/Technical Refresh of servers and software
• Running/hosting meetings
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong writing and verbal skills
• Good working knowledge of ServiceNow
• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with offshore teams
• Influencing/negotiation skills
• MS Office proficiency (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Reporting skills
• Health Care Management a plus
