In this position you will identify, recruit, screen, candidates for our fast pace Automatic and Tech Logistics business. As a recruiter you will work with hiring managers across the organization to build candidate pipelines and keep current with market trends. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
About the Role
How you will contribute
- Support and consult with Hiring Managers and HR managers on their operational recruitment demand, that align with overall business needs, and advise on the best hiring strategy. Develop position specific recruitment plans and identify candidate pools.
- Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process.
- Create attractive and exciting job descriptions to engage candidates to join the company.
- Pro-actively source candidates (active and passive) by using our company Sourcing Strategy and Applicant Tracking System in cooperation with the latest sourcing channels on the market. Screen, introduce and interview candidates.
- Identify and develop appropriate channels to recruit candidates for internships and agency openings to include active and passive sourcing, building relationships within the community (i.e., colleges, employment agencies, and recruiters), and participating in job fairs.
- Maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system to include moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, responding to candidate inquiries, and completing all required requisition fields to allow for accurate and timely reporting of processes.
- Manage relations with external recruitment agencies and sourcing suppliers (job boards) and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates in continuous cooperation with the hiring manager.
- Optimize the internal and external recruitment processes while providing the best candidate experience for all candidates and managing hiring manager expectations on timelines and market information.

Your Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Proven track record of recruitment in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment. Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced multi-functional environment providing first class internal customer service.
- Customer service skills, high energy, and detail orientation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong delivery focus with ability to take full responsibility for campaign recruitment.
