Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional Customer Service and thorough follow up.

• Receive and document warranty calls from Customers, Foreman, and Salesmen.

• Contact the customer to determine urgency and schedule the technician being assigned.
• Issue proper warranty work order to the technician.
• Verify work was complete, the customer is satisfied and process paperwork.
• Follow up with technician as needed for missing paperwork, updates or outstanding information regarding warranty calls.
• Update and maintain the Warranty Tracking data base.
• Schedule residential new house install crews with the Foreman.
• Update and maintain the New House job tracking data base.
• Distribute and collect paper work from the install crews.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-resolution skills.
