Lincoln Investment has a new and exciting opportunity available for a Junior Financial Professional (entry-level or experienced) in the Rochester area.

The Junior Financial Professional will work closely with a successful Senior Financial Professional. Long-term, this can be a significant succession plan opportunity.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to service our current school district 403(b) niche market, which is a unique client acquisition opportunity.

Lincoln Investment is a leading full-service Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Adviser with over 1,000 financial professionals and clients representing $46b in assets.

The qualified individual will:

• Display the ability to be a self-starter/entrepreneur and demonstrate high skill with relationships and the key competencies required to be a successful advisor
• Be able to generate leads, set and hold productive meetings, present and implement solutions and be proactive in providing ongoing support and service
• Understand that our value lies in the depth of client relationships and is exceptional at developing them, particularly with high net worth prospects and clients
• Be a consummate professional at all times, both internally with our team and externally with the public
• Provide clients with a full range of financial solutions

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required
• 2-4 yrs. financial services sales experience preferred; but willing to interview unlicensed, soon-to-be college graduates looking to pursue a Financial Advisor career
• Ability to build and manage client relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• FINRA SIE and Series 6/7, 63 and 65/66preferred
• State insurance license preferred
