A day in the life:

• Full cycle recruitment: Promote open jobs via social media, source and find top talent, interview candidates, and facilitate the interview / offer process.
• Client development / account management: Identify and engage potential new clients
• Be like-minded: Uphold the core values of our network of companies and be an extension of the brand
• Managing and serving as the point of contact for healthcare professionals seeking employment
• Join in friendly competition playing corn hole or pool

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Someone with a little or a lot of experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, professional recruiter, executive recruiter or executive headhunter
• OR- A creative thinker with 0 experience who has tons of grit
• OR- Someone with healthcare knowledge & grit who would love to learn the recruiting industry
• Expressive and friendly team player
• Risk- taking extravert who thrives on change and innovation
• Persuasive & entrepreneurial leader
• Someone who would thrive in a forward-facing, sales-oriented role
