Job Summary

This is a three-to-six month temporary position. The position is on-site, not remote. The temporary Human Resource Recruiter II position focuses on conducting phone screening and completing transactions in the HRIS Workday.

Primary Duties

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Averaging a 10 requisition load, conduct full life cycle recruiting in Workday.
  • Implement all phases of the recruitment process from creating requisitions in Workday to extending offers and moving to ready for hire.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, Recruitment Services Manager, and the recruitment team.
  • Source candidates and conduct phone screenings.


Additional Responsibilities
  • Post job requisitions within two business days after they are approved by Compensation
  • Review resumes to determine whether the applicants meet the minimum qualifications
  • Disposition applicants out who do not meet minimum qualifications
  • Write phone screening questions, always including the required questions for every phone screening
  • Schedule in-person or virtual interviews, when requested by the hiring manager
  • Ensure that the hiring manager completes the interview questionnaire candidate evaluations
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)
  • Required: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including reviewing and correcting one's own work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including transparency, tactfulness, and diplomacy.
  • Approachable, proactive, and takes initiative.
  • Ability to solve problems by working directly and collaboratively with others in a patient, upfront, and transparent way.
