Business/Data Analyst
You possess the following skills and experience (maybe not all, but most):
4+ years of hands-on experience (this may include your college education) in data analytics in one or more of the following areas: Technical Support, Customer Service, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Product Management
Expert level in data extraction, designing simple and beautiful dashboards / visualizations, and automation using Python, DBMS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar
Ability to work both independently and/or collaboratively while mining large, complex organizational and business data sets to find and fix issues, debug into anomalies and deliver useful insights
Experience using Excel, Python, R and other mechanisms to cleanse and aggregate data
Bonus points for knowledge of machine learning techniques, experience with R, etc.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science / MIS or higher degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math or similar
What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
As a data Jedi, you will innovate, analyze, and apply your expertise in business processes, dashboard design, automation and visualization to support client's objectives.

You provide business analysis and consultation to IT leaders and managers in Product, Project, User Experience, and Technical Support teams as you prepare to build, deliver and/or improve their self-service dashboards.
As a member of the CET Global Service Delivery team at client, you will collaborate in the design, implementation and management of enterprise-wide internal product and support processes and programs. Your talents as a strategic thinker and as a systems thinker will be put to use, ensuring new / improved processes and projects have the necessary business/data analyasis to ensure they result in meaningful and actionable insights.

You will strive to reduce complexity and deliver simple, beautiful, automated data solutions.
Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand what is being requested and what is ultimately needed to meet the business challenge and deliver outcomes aligned to client's data transformation.
Analyze and document existing, "as is? data / reporting flows using multiple techniques and methods and provide coaching to stakeholders to gain agreement on the "to be" options and outcomes.
Develop reporting models and batch queries using data mining languages (SQL/PLSQL, R, Python, etc.) as part of your role in leading complex data analysis to develop, track, and maintain key metrics, ensuring alignment across team and stakeholders.
Create wireframes and mockups based on requirements and present data strategy meetings where you will continue to inquire and coach for best results.
Develop effective and attractive executive-level analytics dashboards that communicate and enable business insights and recommendations for the relevant data story.
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them quickly with little assistance.
