Our team vision in the Bristol office is to deliver first class customer service and long-lasting honest relationships with clients and candidates, and due to our record breaking 12 months we are recruiting for 10 new Graduate Recruitment Consultants to help continue our ambitious growth plans. What will you be doing:

• 360 Recruitment Consultant from our Bristol office on the Harbour side, BS1 4DJ
• Create strong personal and company branding
• You'll be recruiting in the Pharmaceutical, Renewables, Food & Beverage, Software Engineering and Data Science industries across Europe, building strong relationships with stakeholders in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium & Switzerland.
• Find and match the best candidates to our clients' needs
• Developing your own market knowledge to become a sector expert
• Consult clients on how to streamline processes, increasing their recruitment efficiency.
• Networking with clients and candidates to build your business
